What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily operations of the Aggregate Athens Quarry to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on operational excellence
• Manage plant performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to align production with business goals

• Strong leadership and team-building skills in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Proven ability to manage operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams
• Skilled in analyzing operational data and implementing process improvements
• Competency in planning, budgeting, and resource management

• Competitive base salary $107,270-$143,023 and participation in our annual incentive plan
