I am working with a firm that is seeking an associate-level attorney with 6+ years of civil litigation experience to join a growing Medical Malpractice/Health Law practice group. Candidates with medical malpractice defense litigation experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Background:

• Represent hospitals, medical centers and health care professionals
• Drafting pleadings and motions
• Drafting and responding to written discovery
• Conducting and defending depositions
• Appearing in court and arguing motions
• Admitted in DC, VA or waiver eligibility
