Morada Senior Living is looking for a Regional Director of Sales (Senior Living) with Multi-Community Support. With communities across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Colorado, youll be part of a mission-driven organization that values innovation, operational excellence, and personalized care.

We offer a competitive package including a base of $140k-$150k with a 35% annual bonus target.

If you're a strategic sales leader looking to make a meaningful difference, this opportunity is for you. As the Regional Director of Sales (RDS) with Morada Senior Living, youll support multiple communities by driving occupancy, mentoring sales teams, and strengthening regional sales performance.

What Youll Do:

Collaborate with Executive Directors and Regional Operations to support and develop community-based sales teams

Coach Directors of Sales (DOSs) and Sales Associates to improve performance and drive move-ins

Lead training on sales strategies, CRM utilization, and conversion tracking

Help implement marketing and sales programs to increase visibility and lead generation

Provide sales reporting, analyze KPIs, and offer actionable insights to senior leadership

Assist with recruiting and onboarding new sales team members

Visit communities regularly to observe, guide, and support sales operations

What You Bring:

A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

At least 5 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment

A minimum of 3 years of regional or multi-site leadership experience

Senior living or healthcare experience is a strong plus

Comfort with CRM systems and a proven ability to mentor and lead

Strong execution skillsyou know how to turn strategy into action

Familiarity with the region is highly preferred; relocation assistance is available for the right candidate who brings deep experience and leadership capability
