Our client, a leader in manufacturing intelligence, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of the Service organization supporting data migration efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to collaboration, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist | 6 Months Contract

Location: North Kingstown, Rhode Island

Pay Range: $35-$37/HR

What's the Job?

  • Assist in preparing and validating datasets for migration into new ERP and CRM systems.
  • Support the recreation and refinement of reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI.
  • Participate in and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data validation.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across the Americas to maintain data integrity and process continuity.
  • Collaborate with project leadership to ensure alignment of business processes with new system capabilities.

What's Needed?

  • Foundational knowledge of ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially within cross-regional teams.
  • High level of accountability, adaptability, and commitment to deadlines.
