Job Posting: Nursing Clinical Educator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Nursing Clinical Educator to develop and conduct nursing training related to daily resident care. This role also involves acting as a nursing shift coordinator as needed and providing ongoing education and support to all buildings.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct and document nursing-related education (CPR, EMR, new employee orientation, etc.)
- Develop course materials and provide training feedback in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and Nursing Supervisors
- Design training methods (group instruction, one-on-one sessions, etc.)
- Track CPR certifications, conduct annual skills competencies, and nursing audits
- Assist with orientation and training of new employees
- Fill nursing floor openings and act as nursing coordinator as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in nursing
- At least 3 years of nursing experience; leadership experience preferred
- Compassion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- CPR certification required (or willing to obtain)
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio.
- Must possess and maintain current certification in CPR and BLS.
- Must obtain instructor licenses in CPR/First Aid and BLS within 6 months of hire.
Pay: $38.75
