US - Sr Software Engineer

Our client, a leader in automation and engineering solutions, is seeking a Sr Software Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Software Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting innovative projects across various sectors. This position requires 90% travel to client sites across the United States.

Job Title: Sr Software Engineer

Location: Mason, OH

Pay Range: $45.66 - $48.86 per hour

What's the Job?

• Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications.
• Support and install software applications and operating systems.
• Participate in the testing process through test review, analysis, and certification of software.
• Lead and direct the work of others while managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain internal and external customer expectations throughout the project life cycle.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of Controls Engineering experience in warehouse automation or material handling equipment.
• Leadership experience in project management or team leadership roles.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and electrical design, including Allen-Bradley and Siemens systems.
• Strong project planning and budgeting skills.
