Ability Matters is seeking adynamic Administrative Assistant to support our team. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrativetasks, including scheduling meetings and data analysis, to ensure the smooth operation of our programs and services. This role will also provide 16-20 hours of direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requirescompassion, patience, and a commitment to inclusivity.

What You'll Do:
  • Support the smooth running of our programs by scheduling meetings, appointments, shifts, and maintaining calendars.
  • Deliver 1620 hours per week of direct services to individuals with disabilities.
  • Train staff on software systems, tools, and AI applications to enhance workflow and efficiency.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and program effectiveness.
  • Implement and manage software/hardware systems that align with organizational goals.
  • Ensure seamless functionality between Apple and non-Apple hardware systems.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to families and staff.
  • Track staff training, maintain adherence to protocols, and assist in project coordination.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.
What We're Looking For:
  • Preferred 4-year degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in overseeing the implementation of software and hardware solutions
  • .Proficiency in importing, manipulating, and analyzing data for reporting purposes.
  • Strong understanding of database operations and data retrieval methodologies.
  • Project management skills, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to serving individuals with disabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A customer service orientation with a focus on supporting families and staff.
