You will be the Manufacturing Engineer in Grand Prairie, TX.
What You Will Be Doing
This role will require communication and collaboration with multiple disciplines across the manufacturing site, and on the programs.
The day to day business rhythm will be the application of manufacturing engineering methodologies and skills to meet customer requirements and achieve the goals and objectives of the production operation. You will be part of a team that contributes to the success of the programs and delivery of the product. Your responsibilities will include:
-Assist with the process development of multiple mechanical parts relating to an multiple programs.
-Work with shop floor personnel to develop work instructions that are accurate and yield high quality products.
-Work with NC programming, Tool Design, Engineering, and shop floor personnel to continuously improve the process.
-Investigate and identify root cause for all defects related to the product.
-Support the program needs for delivery of assembled mechanical parts.
-Occasional travel is required.

-Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field
-4+ years in a manufacturing engineering support role
-Experience with assembly manufacturing and methods
-Experience troubleshooting complex problems and improving processes
-Occasional Travel required-Experience with Creo, Windchill PLM, Apriso, and SAP
-Experience with root cause and corrective action investigations
-Experience writing detailed work instructions
-Ability to communicate effectively
