What You’ll Do:

• Lead the preparation, planning, and review of complex returns for S-Corps, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals

• Serve as a key advisor to clients on tax strategies and compliance issues

• Mentor and guide a team of rising professionals — reviewing work, training staff, and shaping the next generation

• Partner directly with firm leadership on operational strategy and client success initiatives

• Identify process improvements and technology optimizations that streamline tax workflows

• Contribute to a firm culture that prioritizes excellence and balance

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; active CPA license or EA required

• 4+ years of progressive public accounting experience, with a strong focus on pass-through entities

• Deep knowledge of tax strategy, compliance, and planning — especially for small to mid-sized businesses

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike

• Leadership mentality — not just managing work, but developing people

• Comfort operating in a collaborative, hybrid environment (Dallas-based candidates only)
