Full-Time Nurse Practitioner – Sleep & TMJ Specialty Practice (Virginia)

Are you a dedicated, experienced Nurse Practitioner ready to make a profound difference in the lives of patients struggling with chronic pain? Our integrative Sleep and TMJ practice is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team of specialists helping patients reclaim their lives from years of trauma and TMD-related discomfort.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional patient care within a collaborative, patient-centric clinical environment.

• Perform clinical evaluations and procedures, including blood draws, autonomously and in full compliance with Virginia law (must be able to draw blood without a supervising MD on-site).

• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning to provide comprehensive, outcome-focused care to patients in pain.

• Contribute to the continuity of care for patients undergoing oral appliance therapy, TMJ management, and adjunctive services.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia.

• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a medical or dental-related field.

• Proficient in blood draw techniques and able to independently manage phlebotomy duties under Virginia regulations.

• Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in sleep medicine, craniofacial pain, or chronic pain management.

• Compassionate, professional bedside manner and a commitment to excellence in patient outcomes.
