Job Description
Production Supervisor 2nd Shift
The Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on operation of automated blow molding equipment, training associates in various production areas, and assisting the maintenance department to ensure equipment is repaired and maintained in a timely and effective manner.

You Will
- Ensure safety devices on equipment are in place and functioning properly.
- Relieve process technicians during breaks and lunch.
- Monitor and assist with process adjustments, recording changes in SPC and machine logs.
- Provide hands-on blow molding training.
- Make adjustments and repairs on machinery as needed.
- Collaborate with Process Improvement teams to resolve quality issues.
You Have
- Strong team orientation and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with associates.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in plastics or a similar technical field.
- Flexibility to work overtime based on production needs.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
