Loan Compliance Specialist Commercial Real Estate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Compliance Specialist to join our Strategy and Execution team within the Multifamily Capital division of a leading multinational financial services company.

As a Loan Compliance Specialist (Business Execution Consultant), you will play a key support role in ensuring the smooth execution of internal business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate insurance documentation for multifamily loans to ensure compliance.
Identify and escalate discrepancies or missing information in insurance records.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve documentation issues.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems to reflect insurance compliance status.
Support low-complexity business initiatives and process improvements within the Multifamily Capital unit.
Follow established procedures and exercise judgment within defined parameters.

Required Qualifications
6+ months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow structured processes and work within defined parameters.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to financial services, corporate insurance, or mortgage.
Familiarity with compliance-driven environments or regulated industries.
