Job Description
The Project Manager, Sales Data Analytics will plan, direct, and coordinate alignment on and data impacts of proposed changes to Vertiv's Global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. While actual changes to the CRM system will be managed by the CRM technical team, this role will coordinate with regional Sales Excellence leaders to determine which changes should be implemented, at what level, and to maximize the global data benefit derived from these changes. This role collaborates with regional CRM leaders, regional Sales leaders, as well as global technical and reporting leaders to continuously evolve and align the global CRM platform across regions. The Project Manager leads complex alignment initiatives, coordinates across regional teams to develop best in class customer relationship management and pipeline reporting through the Vertiv CRM platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve regional alignment on proposed changes and coordinate implementation including delivery of structured and clear set of system requirements to minimize impacts at both global and regional levels.
* Exercises curiosity to partner with business and analytics professionals to create CRM solutions that meet business needs and support both short- and long-term data roadmaps.
* Builds rapport with regional sales team leaders and collaborating partner teams to foster inclusive, one-team global culture while respecting regional differences.
* Champion efforts to streamline globally aligned and effective customer selection as well as identification of market verticals and routes to market in a highly matrixed sales environment.
* Collaborate with Data Architects, application partners, and Solutions Engineers on technology both on-prem and cloud, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
* Collaborate with non-Vertiv offices to update CRM integrations.
* Creates and implements roadmaps for major improvements resulting from Global Sales Excellence initiatives, delivering incremental improvements according to plan.
* Owns and schedules cadence meetings to keep all regions/impacted parties engaged, aligned on changes and on track for any deliverables owned at local levels.
* Identifies risks to efforts and executes mitigation strategies, communicating with key parties and escalating to achieve timely resolution.
* Monitors, measures, and communicates progress and adjustments to timelines.
* Oversees regional quality checking efforts to ensure deliverables are as expected in regional and global datasets.
* Supports productive conflict among key parties to ensure fully vetted solutions that provide strong benefit for cost.
QUALIFICATIONS
* 8+ years experience with Customer Relationship Management software preferred experience with Oracle Sales Cloud or Salesforce preferred.
* 5+ years in structured multinational businesses preferred.
* 5+ years of business experience supporting analytics teams preferred.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in bridging communications across both high- and low-context cultures.
* Experience delivering project outcomes on time in a highly matrixed environment.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and with exercising curiosity to effectively determine and meet needs of key partners

* Ability to work in standard office environment.
TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED
* Occasional travel may be required on an annual basis.
