Job Description

We are looking for an Maintenance Worker. This position will be full-time and on-site in Brooklyn Park MN.

What You'll Do

• Perform general facilities maintenance duties including painting, light carpentry, electrical, and/or plumbing work, upkeep of office machines, metal fabrication, and moving of machinery and/or office furniture and equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment issues to minimize production downtime and process waste, requiring knowledge of systems to run sophisticated plant machinery

• Completes all work orders, preventive maintenance sheets, and repair logs and related documents to reflect work performed

• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and engineering department staff

• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their equipment issues.

What You'll Need

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Proven experience in facility maintenance

• High degree of initiative and resourcefulness to resolve issues and complete complex tasks

• Be able to deliver new solutions to complex problems/issues

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationery most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
