Maintenance Technician for Apartment Community

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our multifamily community in Louisville, KY.  If you have a passion for problem-solving and ensuring a well-maintained and efficient living environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of properties and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and enhance safety.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
• Participate in emergency repairs and after-hours calls as required.

Qualifications:

• Technical certification or vocational training is valued.
