Daily Responsibilities:

• Dispensing glasses and contact lenses
• Frame selection
• Prescription dispensing
• Providing exceptional patient care and assistance with optical sales
• Ordering and merchandising optical products
• Performing general repairs and claims processing

Required Skills:

• Experience with EHR and retail sales
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and health care billing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Ability to perform general repairs on optical products
• Previous experience in a retail sales environment
• Management experience

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $42,000 to $58,000 annually, depending on experience. Elmwood Eye Center offers health insurance, PTO and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
