We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Line Chef to work alongside our talented Executive Chef. Daily Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef in menu planning and development
• Ensure high food quality standards are met and maintained
• Practice portion control and manage food costs effectively
• Demonstrate exceptional knife skills in the preparation of proteins and fishes
• Assist in banquet catering and special event preparation

Required Skills:

• Experience in menu planning and development
• Strong understanding of food quality and handling
• Excellent knife skills and culinary arts knowledge
• Ability to manage food costs and maintain sanitation standards
• Proficiency in food service management and catering operations

Salary:

Minimum Salary: $40,000.00 Line Chef $20 to $25 per hour

Maximum Salary: $58,00 to $70,000 for Sous Chef
