J&K Cabinetry Ohio is seeking an Outside Sales Representative/Account Manager to help us expand our business in Indianapolis, IN. With a focus on building positive relationships with retailers, designers, builders, and contractors, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the industry.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Search for new leads and follow up on potential clients
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction

Required Skills:

• Experience in outside sales
• Strong ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Proven track record of closing sales and growing revenue
• Excellent communication and negotiation and customer service skills

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: Guaranteed mimimum at $5,000 a month, high earning potential with commission as you grow your customer base.

Benefits: Holiday Pay (no additioanl benefits currently)
