We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial production and processing machinery in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity with a consistent daytime schedule.

The Maintenance Technician will diagnose equipment issues, perform mechanical and electrical repairs, inspect and replace worn or defective parts, and test machinery using diagnostic tools. The role includes preventive maintenance, equipment reassembly, and documenting parts and materials used.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting and familiarity with automated machinery such as conveyors, check weighers, tape machines, Quadrel labelers, Video Jet and laser printers, L-sealers, shrink wrap, blister sealing equipment, baggers, and PLC boards. The ability to read prints and schematics, source parts online, and perform basic carpentry or jig-building is preferred.
