Job Description
I am IDEALLY seeking a Mandarin AND Cantonese speaking full-time employees for my insurance and financial services office in Bellevue, WA. If you speak more than one language you are already +1
What We’re Looking For:
Basic phone knowledge and etiquette. Pick up and answer the phones in a polite professinal manner....no uhhh, umm, ya....be able to speak properly.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Can you take phone dictation and be able to work your computer at the same time??
Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Pretty basic follow up, if you promise a customer a phone call back at 12, call back at 12!
Strong over the phone skills
Prior experience in insurance, mortgage, car sales, person to person or business to person or a related field is a plus, but we're also excited to train the right candidate!
Coachable, open to hearing multiple peoples sales tactics and creating your own based on your own personality and style of communication...if you're a bump on the log waiting for all the sales to float down to you, this isnt the position for you.
What You’ll Do:
You will be the expert, set the standards and expectations with the customer, at the end of the day its the customers choice to be insured at what level based on their needs and budget.Guide clients through policy changes, renewals, billings and insurance claims.
30-100 Hot/Warm/Cold calling per day, (phone calls will vary depending how many full conversations you will have, the goal is to have meanful sales conversations, not to just leave a bunch of voicemails.)
We have walk ins, existing book of business to call, fresh paid leads as well. If your afraid to speak to people or cannot self start conversation this is not the position for you. This job is not hard, but it does take a bit of self motivation and gumption for you to help yourself. Think of it like fishing, you will have many lines in the water, some days are slower than others, then you might have all the lines bite at once.... You have to be prepared for both.
Generating insurance quotes and recommendations, and inbound and outbound calls, this is how you make your money... if you are not making quotes you are wasting time.
Build referrals network to expand client’s base, more referrals means business comes to you...
Collaborate with the team to strategize and hit business targets.
Qualification:
Willing to pursue Property & Casualty and Life/Disability Insurance License through the State of Washington (or already possess the license)
Self starter (we provide on going coaching/teaching/video learning) Does not matter which method you choose, just be open minded, hear out your peers in how they learn/teach/sell, just be able to take away something helpful for yourself and be a better salesperson and person.

Base plus commission.....you income is only limited to how hard you want to work or dont work...if you are hitting the basic bottom line goals you are in the 60-85K range
