We are a full-service cosmetic and general dentistry practice seeking an Associate Dentist to join our well-established and highly regarded practice in Jackson, MS.

This is a thriving practice with state of the art equipment and a modern, comfortable design. With 8 operatories, the office is fully equipped to provide advanced care, including surgical procedures and dental implants.

The incoming associate will step into a full schedule from day one, with the practice currently booked six months in advance. A robust and well-executed marketing program consistently attracts new patients, ensuring a steady and growing patient base.

This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who values clinical autonomy and enjoys practicing comprehensive dentistry. Providers are encouraged to focus on treatment quality and long-term patient relationships rather than volume-based production pressures.

The position includes a guaranteed first-year salary to provide financial stability during the transition period. Due to strong patient demand and efficient systems already in place, most associates exceed the guaranteed compensation within their first few months. This role offers significant earning potential along with long-term stability in an established and expanding practice.

• First-year employment guarantee of $175K or the greater of 30% of adjusted production. You will be awarded on whichever is greater.
