Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily production activities meet established performance standards, product specifications, and scheduled timelines.
• Coordinate warehouse production planning with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate reporting, optimal inventory levels, and efficient packing and loading operations.
• Support planning, scheduling, and documentation of warehouse equipment maintenance and repairs to meet safety, compliance, and operational efficiency requirements.
• Enforce organizational policies, plant procedures, safety regulations, housekeeping standards, GMPs, and HACCP requirements.
• Lead and conduct monthly departmental meetings focused on production performance, safety, process control, and sanitation initiatives.
• Actively participate in internal and external inspections, customer audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance assessments as required.
• Oversee and verify inspections of inbound and outbound transportation equipment to ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
• Manage warehouse production supply inventories and coordinate timely reordering to support uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain consistent, punctual attendance and uphold professional workplace standards.
• Direct, train, and develop departmental personnel by tracking training completion, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in a production, warehouse, or operations supervisory role with responsibility for daily operations, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Strong working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP principles, workplace safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in team development, performance management, and facilitating departmental meetings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job requirements as needed.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, or CMMS tools.
• Prior involvement in preparing for or participating in third-party audits and inspections.
• Proven ability to identify, implement, and sustain process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance.
