Job Title: CNC Wood Router Operator – Carrollton, TX

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Carrollton, TX

About the Role:

We’re hiring an experienced CNC Wood Router Operator to run CNC routers used to cut custom wood displays and sample boards. This position requires experience with CNC machines, the ability to read and draw CNC files, and a strong focus on precision and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC routers to cut wood displays and sample boards

• Read, draw, and execute CNC files according to specifications

• Monitor machine operations for accuracy, safety, and efficiency

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Previous CNC router operation experience required

• Ability to read, interpret, and draw CNC files

• Experience with Enroute software strongly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, team-oriented, and quality-focused
