More Social Account Options for Company Profiles

Further showcase your employer brand by adding your organization’s YouTube and/or TikTok accounts to your company profile. When candidates can get a clear sense of your company culture and what it’s like to be part of your team, they’ll be more likely to apply.

Text-able Candidate Icon

Easily see which applicants have opted in to SMS on your My Candidates page thanks to the mobile phone icon. Text messaging is a great way to quickly connect with potential hires before your competition.

Improved Security With Turnstile

We’ve implemented Cloudflare’s Turnstile solution for our user login and registration flows to continue delivering real jobs, real companies, and real candidates across our network of industry-focused communities. Turnstile works behind the scenes to confirm site visitors are real, so you can quickly access your account without frustrating visual puzzles.

Survey Results Available to Candidates

We launched exclusive candidate survey insights for employers back in October 2025 to give them valuable data points on job search and employment topics. Now, job seekers can also see the collective results of the surveys they take.
