This role includes both administrative work and field support, helping us manage rental properties, coordinate vendors, and keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities On-Site / Field Tasks Visit properties for photos, videos, and marketing materials Meet vendors, contractors, or tenants for access Install lockboxes, signs, or collect keys Perform basic property checks and document condition Complete move-in/move-out checklist photos (optional depending on skill) Administrative Tasks Update tenant and property information in software systems Post rental listings and monitor rental inquiries Assist with lease renewals and documentation Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors Keep files, photos, and rental folders organized Requirements Reliable transportation and smartphone Good communication and customer service skills Basic tech ability (Google Drive, email, photos, simple apps) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Willingness to visit properties throughout Columbus area Nice-to-Have Experience in real estate, property management, leasing, maintenance coordination, or admin support Comfort with taking clear property photos/videos Ability to solve problems independently Why Join Us Flexible schedule Light workload but meaningful impact Learn real estate and property management Work directly with an investor/property manager Opportunity for expanded hours as portfolio grows Principals only.
