Summary: Seeking a Document Control Specialist responsible for managing document delivery, inventory updates, and database queries to support internal customer needs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or comparable work experience
  • 3+ years in a professional office environment
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Expert proficiency in computer skills, especially records tracking systems

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of records software systems, scanners, filing, storage & disposal procedures
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Run report for delivery schedule and manage document pick-up/delivery
  • Update inventory status and perform complex database queries
  • Support preparation of documents for imaging and daily quality checks
  • Assist with document retention schedules and ensure compliance with company policy
  • Monitor vendor coordination for record delivery/pick-up


Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
