Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Insurance Sales Producer to help grow our personal lines business. This independent, remote role is ideal for professionals who want to build long-term residual income while helping clients protect their homes, vehicles, and assets.
You will receive warm leads, access to top carriers, and strong support, while maintaining the flexibility to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Generate new personal lines business through networking, referrals, and inbound leads

• Provide coverage recommendations for Homeowners, Auto, Umbrella, and related personal lines products

• Educate clients on policy options and guide them through the insurance selection process

• Build long-term client relationships to support renewals, retention, and cross-selling

• Prepare quotes, submit applications, and bind coverage accurately

• Stay informed on carrier products, underwriting requirements, and market trends

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License (required)

• Personal lines insurance sales experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Comfortable using CRM systems, quoting platforms, and online tools

Compensation

Two compensation structures are available:

• Base + Commission

• Commission-Only (higher payout structure)
