Echo Ultrasound Tech Cardiac Sonographer

Salary: $75,878.00 - $94,827.00 /yr

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist for a permanent role with an area healthcare client where you'll use your expertise to operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, compassionately prepare patients for echocardiogram procedures, and produce detailed images of the heart for interpretation by healthcare teams.

Minimum Requirements:

· National certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)

· Completion of an accredited cardiac ultrasound/echocardiography program

· Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)

· Current BLS certification

· Proficiency in performing echocardiograms and interpreting cardiac anatomy and function

· 1+ years of experience in a clinical echocardiography setting - Strongly Preferred

· Experience with EMR and PACS systems - Strongly Preferred

· Familiarity with contrast echocardiography and advanced imaging techniques - Strongly Preferred

· Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
