Responsibilities:

• Accurately produce batches for liquid fill lines following detailed batch records and procedures.
• Verify and confirm accuracy of pre-weighed ingredients.
• Weigh, measure, and blend raw materials including liquids, solids, and powders.
• Use equipment like agitators, scales, and thermometers to monitor and ensure batch quality.
• Maintain high standards of product integrity, cleanliness, and safety.
• Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and finished products.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months of related manufacturing experience preferred; 1-2 years of OTC or personal care manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as SOPs, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
• Comfortable with math operations (fractions, decimals, conversions).
• Must pass a Respirator Fit Test (must be clean-shaven at the time of test).
• Basic computer literacy (spreadsheets, email, inventory systems).
• Ability to handle physical tasks: standing, lifting, bending, twisting, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
