Maintenance Electrician Technician

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently troubleshoot and perform routine adjustments and repairs on industrial machinery to ensure adherence to production and maintenance schedules.
• Skilled in diagnosing equipment issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Disassemble machines to identify worn or damaged components; repair or replace parts using stock materials or fabricate new components as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify equipment functionality, safety, and quality standards.
• Install new machinery and relocate existing equipment when required.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication, to maintain optimal equipment performance.
• Dismantle, assess, and rebuild machinery as necessary.
• Proficient in high-quality welding techniques, including TIG and MIG.
• Perform equipment changeovers to meet production requirements.

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or vocational school training.
• Experience in Mechanical knowledge.
• Industrial maintenance: 2 years (Required)
