Maintenance Technician- Up To 45hr

Aerotek is hiring several Industrial Maintenance Technicians to for work several manufacturing companies in the Columbus area and its surrounding cities. These positions are Direct Hires, and the pay is up to $30 - $45 an hour, depending on the company and experience. Title: Maintenance Technician / Industrial Maintenance Technician Pay: $30 - $45 an hour Location: Columbus, OH, and its surrounding areas Shifts: Morning and Night Shifts Available Description : Install, maintain, and operate all plant electrical systems, including switch gear, high/low voltage, drives, parts, and lighting. Set up all electronic equipment for scheduled production runs. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all electronic equipment such as wiring, scales, and metal detectors. Troubleshoot and program PLCs and encoder systems, including wiring. Conduct daily and weekly electrical preventive maintenance. - Understanding of electrical control systems. - Mechanical knowledge and detailed troubleshooting abilities of robots and/or other automation equipment. - Familiarity with shafts motors chains and various other conveyor related equipment. - Understanding of PLC logic controls Rockwell / Siemens / etc. - Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic control systems - Understand the operation and function of pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders and valves. - Knowledge of occupational hazards Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.
