Speech Language Pathologist - Clinic Supervisor (Full-Time)

Location: One convenient clinic — no travel!
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30–6:00 — long weekends every week!
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 (based on experience & productivity) + incentives + benefits

Inspiring Talkers is seeking a Clinical SupervisorSpeech-Language Pathologist to supervise a small team (5–10 therapists) while maintaining a reduced caseload (approx 30 direct billable sessions/week). This is the perfect role for a clinician who loves pediatric therapy and loves supporting other therapists to grow.

What You’ll Do as the Clinic SupervisorLeadership & Supervision

• Provide clinical supervision to SLPAs, CFs
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship for therapy team
• Help maintain a positive, collaborative, fun clinic culture
• Serve as the go-to resource for clinical questions, problem-solving, and therapist support for therapy team

Clinical Responsibilities

• Maintain a reduced caseload of ~30 direct therapy sessions per week (approx 15 hours direct)
• Complete evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation
• Collaborate with an incredible multidisciplinary team of SLPs, OTs, and PTs
• Participate in team meetings, parent communication, and care coordination

Collaboration & Quality

• Support consistent therapy standards across the clinic
• Contribute to efficiency, scheduling flow, and team communication
• Help identify opportunities for growth within the clinic
