Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to aging adults in our communities
- Assess patient health and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records
Qualifications
- Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing
- Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English
