Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to aging adults in our communities
• Assess patient health and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
• Monitor patient progress and update medical records

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English
