Land Acquisition Manager

Location: Columbus, OH

We are seeking a highly motivated Acquisitions Manager to drive the identification, negotiation, and acquisition of land for new development projects. Reporting directly to the National Vice President of Development & Acquisitions , this role plays a pivotal part in shaping our growth strategyoverseeing due diligence, entitlements, budgeting, and municipal approvals while fostering key relationships with brokers, municipalities, and community partners.

• Identify, analyze, and secure land opportunities that align with the companys development objectives.
• Lead negotiations for Letters of Intent (LOIs) and Purchase and Sale Agreements with brokers, landowners, and other stakeholders.
• Manage due diligence processes, including rezoning, permitting, environmental, and engineering studies.
• Oversee site design coordination, entitlement timelines, and project budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Represent the company in municipal hearings, neighborhood meetings, and public forums to advance project approvals.

• Bachelors degree required; a degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisitions, real estate development, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, project management, and stakeholder relations.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Must be based in Columbus, OH , with strong knowledge of the local real estate and development market.
