Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, FDA, and OSHA standards.
• Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and report on key production metrics, ensuring targets for quality, efficiency, and safety are met.
• Manage inventory control, raw material usage, and production scheduling.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to ERP systems for batch records and inventory tracking.

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in ERP systems and production documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range:
$80K-$90K
