A full-time special education teaching opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year within a K-12 public school setting in Columbus, OH. This contract role involves supporting high school and transition students through resource room instruction, as well as push-in and pull-out services, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
Key responsibilities include delivering small-group and one-on-one instruction in core areas such as math, reading, and writing. You will collaborate with students identified for academic and behavioral support by developing and implementing individualized intervention plans tailored to their unique learning needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist certification
- Experience working with high school-aged special education students preferred
- Ability to provide resource room, push-in, and pull-out instructional support
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
