Are you passionate about oral health and providing top-notch care to patients? General Dentistry is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team in Wantagh, NY. As a Dental Hygienist with us, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your skills and expertise are valued.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance procedures
• Administer fluoride treatments and sealants
• Assist chairside during dental procedures
• Conduct oral hygiene instruction for patients
• Utilize digital X-rays and VELscope technology

Required Skills:

• Registered Dental Hygienist
• Experience with periodontal charting and scaling & root planing
• Proficient in chairside assisting and preventive care
• Knowledge of local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration
• CPR/BLS certification

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with DIAGNOdent technology
• Familiarity with anesthesia administration
• Ability to take X-rays

Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000
