Job Responsibilities

• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members and guests at the front desk.
• Drive appointments through member referrals, networking, presentations, public demonstrations, system tools, and outreach calls.
• Conduct follow-up with prospects, provide engaging gym tours, and guide them through the membership enrollment process.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of membership options, services, and gym equipment to effectively support and educate members.
• Consistently promote and sell membership services as part of ongoing sales presentations.
• Accurately maintain records and data within Crunch Fitness VFP Master Systems (TI Log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Perform daily facility walk-throughs to uphold cleanliness, safety, and overall club standards.
