General Practice Veterinarian (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a veterinary practice with three convenient locations in Bucks County. They are hiring a Veterinarian to join their team. The clinic provides high-quality, compassionate care and sees a variety of species.

Working Hours / Rota
The practice is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Sunday is closed. The position is available on a part-time to full-time basis. Weekend coverage is shared, and there are no on-call duties or holiday work.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinarian will provide full general practice responsibilities, including wellness exams, surgery opportunities, and care for exotic species. The role is open to both new graduates seeking mentorship and experienced DVMs looking to expand their skills. The practice emphasizes quality medicine in a low-stress environment, allowing autonomy without corporate pressure to see more patients.

Practice Details
The practice offers modern equipment including handheld ultrasound. Surgery opportunities and a variety of services for different species are available. The caseload is diverse, and the culture prioritizes mentorship, collaboration, and work-life balance. Externship programs and collaborative learning are supported.

Team
The team includes 8 DVMs and over 20 skilled technicians and assistants. The environment is highly supportive, mentoring-focused, and collaborative, with quarterly doctor outings and a strong sense of team camaraderie.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
