We are currently seeking a temporary on-site 3PL Operations Partner to oversee our warehouse in Ohio!

Seasonal 3PL Operations Manager Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of 3PL experience, including warehouse operations
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and Order Management Systems, such as Shopify, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge on multi-channel logistics: e-commerce, wholesale, and warehouse
  • Must be hands-on, detail-oriented and have solid communication skills

Seasonal 3PL Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse operations for the company, including fulfilment, scheduling, and SLA compliance
  • Be the "Eyes & Ears" for the company, the onsite point of contact for the company
  • Be able to problem-solve quickly, enhance workflow, and be proactive
  • Track and monitor KPI's, analyze trends, and assist with improving proficiency
