Our client, a leading organization in Automotive industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst Auditor 1 to join their team. As a Financial Auditor, you will be an integral part of the Forecasting and Analytics department supporting contact center operations.

Job Title: Financial Analyst Auditor 1

Location: Warren MI 48092

Pay Range: around $25 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Forecast interval, daily, weekly, and monthly contact volumes, handle times, staff requirements, and other production metrics by group and report on actual vs. forecasted volumes
  • Create, modify, and maintain forecast models that accurately predict contact center impacts given changes in various operating assumptions
  • Collaborate with internal teams on impact analysis for proposed contact center changes
  • Work with data suppliers to understand and improve the accuracy of forecast models
  • Develop and present analyses, conclusions, and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making

What's Needed?

  • 2+ years of non-accounting forecasting or reporting experience
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, and experience with tools like SQL, Minitab, Clarabridge, or Nice Lex is preferred
  • Relevant experience or education in forecasting, analytics, or related fields; a Bachelors or Associates degree is highly preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
