General Practice Veterinarian (Veterinarian)

Introduction
An Associate Veterinarian is needed to join a full-service, AAHA-accredited and AAFP-approved hospital in Scottsdale, Arizona. The hospital provides comprehensive medical care for dogs, cats, birds, and exotic pets, serving the surrounding communities since 1987.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturdays from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. It is closed on Sundays.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide preventive, diagnostic, medical, surgical, and dental care for a wide variety of species. Responsibilities include wellness and illness exams, performing surgeries, advising clients on treatment and preventive care, and contributing to the collaborative, team-focused environment. The position emphasizes high-quality medicine with strong client education and compassionate communication.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
