Our client is a well-established veterinary hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its thriving four-doctor practice. The hospital provides care to small animals as well as a range of farm species, including pigs, sheep, goats, cows, white-tailed deer, reindeer, llamas, and alpacas. This opportunity is suited to either a mixed-animal veterinarian or one with a small animal focus, offering flexibility within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. This position offers schedule flexibility, ensuring a balanced and fulfilling career with no after-hours or on-call requirements mentioned.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The role involves examining and diagnosing patients across a diverse caseload, performing both routine and emergency procedures, and fostering strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities may include wellness care, surgical procedures, dental care, urgent care, and end-of-life support. The position is open to veterinarians with experience in mixed-animal or small animal medicine, providing the opportunity to practice progressive care in a supportive setting.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
