Position Overview

Due to growth in patient volume and the expansion of operatories, the practice is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Dentist to join their dynamic team. The practice features two partner doctors, supported by a dedicated staff of pediatric dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and front office personnel.

Practice Highlights

• Location: Springfield, MO

• Reason for Need: Growth in patient volume and clinic expansion

• Office Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8am–5pm; Friday: 8am–12pm

• Schedule: Ideal candidate available 3–4 days per week

• Patient Ages: Infants through teenagers

• Services: Preventive, restorative, and cosmetic pediatric dentistry

• Procedures: Exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and sedation dentistry

• Specialty Services: In-house orthodontics

• Technology: Latest digital imaging, EHR, and advanced systems to optimize clinical workflow
