- Perform quality inspections while meeting customer expectations
- Accurately discern and document deficiencies found during inspections
- Professionally represent the company at all times
- Complete service acknowledgements/inspections using laptops, smartphones, or hardcopy
- Follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule
- Make minor repairs and programming changes to systems being inspected
- Complete assigned inspections on time
- Perform other duties as directed
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
- NICET certification
- Ability to obtain and retain any licenses required by National, State, and Local code
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, programs, schematics, and manuals
- Experience with hand tools and multi-meter usage
- Capable of performing physical labor (lifting up to 70 lbs)
- Able to work in challenging environments (ladders, scaffolding, crawl spaces, etc.)
- Flexible schedule including on-call rotation, nights, and weekends
- Willingness to travel out of town
- Strong customer service skills
- Commitment to safety guidelines and procedures
- Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and quick learning ability
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug test
- NICET II certification
- NICET III certification
- National, State, and Local licenses
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $21.63 - $29.33 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
