THE WORK:
- You'll support senior staff throughout all phases of projects or programs, including pre-design, procurement, construction, and post-construction, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to the highest industry standards.
- You'll oversee, manage, and coordinate the activities and operations of the procurement and contracts department, including highly technical purchasing services and contracts.
- You'll coordinate assigned activities with other divisions, departments, and external agencies, while providing administrative support to project directors.
- You'll handle comprehensive contract and procurement administration responsibilities.
- You'll oversee, coordinate, and ensure construction compliance with contract documents, safety regulations, and environmental stipulations.
- You'll manage the entire contract life cycle from initiation to final completion and contract closeout.
- You'll validate the Request for Approval process submitted by Construction Management Contractors.
- You'll ensure that contracts are executed in strict accordance with the commercial, legal, and technical conditions established by the parties.
- You'll monitor contractor and subcontractor performance and compliance, taking appropriate actions to guarantee all parties meet their obligations.
- You'll work with the assigned cost controller to ensure contract execution adheres to the planned budget.
- You'll collaborate with the assigned scheduler to ensure contract execution aligns with the activities defined in the contract execution schedule.
- You'll work with the PMC team to monitor potential risks during contract execution and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented.
- You'll handle administrative tasks related to the role.
- Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.

$125,000 - $175,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.

Qualification
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a relevant field of study
- Master's degree in a relevant field of study, preferred
- 3 to 10 years of experience as a Contract Manager in Mission Critical Construction projects
- Strong knowledge background in contract lifecycle management, project control/schedule, risk management, compliance, and cost control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with over 5 years of experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to explain technical concepts in layman's terms
- Outstanding organizational skills
