Key Responsibilities

• Manage physical security operations and ensure compliance with TAPA America guidelines.
  
  
• Direct and manage the contracted security guard team, including training and procedure development.
  
  
• Investigate and report on all security incidents, analyzing data to identify and implement improvements.
  
  
• Develop and maintain local security procedures and protocols.
  
  
• Partner with corporate and customer teams (IT, Corporate Security, and onsite SOC) to align local security hardware and policies with global standards.
  
  
• Maintain open communication with law enforcement as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  
  
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience , with at least 1 year preferred in the freight/logistics industry.
  
  
• Skills: analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in warehouse operations, logistics optimization, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
