Maintenance Supervisor

Were partnering with an A+ Food Manufacturing client to add two experienced Maintenance Supervisors to their growing team. This facility offers a great culture, excellent stability, and strong long-term advancement potential.

• Competitive Salary: $75,000$85,000 (based on experience & shift)

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 4:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM 12:30 AM

• Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians in a fast-paced food production environment.

• Oversee all facility and equipment maintenance to ensure safety, reliability, and uptime.

• Build and maintain proactive PM schedules using MPulse CMMS .

• Coordinate repairs, inspections, and contractor work for electrical, mechanical, and utility systems (including boilers, refrigeration, and HVAC).

• Partner closely with Operations to meet production goals and drive continuous improvement.

• Maintain compliance with LOTO , GMPs , SOPs , HACCP , and safety standards.

• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across parts, process, and energy usage.

• 3+ years of maintenance supervision in manufacturing

• Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills

• Hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS software (MPulse preferred)

• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical degree or certification preferred
