Job Summary:
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
The Lead Project Manager, Sustainability Compliance & Reporting will report directly to Senior Director of Sustainability Reporting, Disclosure and Compliance and is responsible for overseeing and managing sustainability compliance and reporting initiatives within the organization. They will work with subject matter teams in Global Sustainability, extended sustainability focused team members in other functions (Controlling, Legal, GPA, Technology, Analytics, Product etc.) as relevant to the initiatives.

This person will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to manage stakeholders, risks, and resources while ensuring projects are on track towards defined milestones and timing.
The candidate will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
A minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience
5+ years of project management experience
Proven track record in driving sustainability initiatives that align with corporate strategy and result in measurable impacts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Ability to navigate complex topics and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
The Lead Project Manager, Sustainability Compliance and Reporting will leverage their PMP skills, communication and advocacy to guide data-driven decision making and risk management within the sustainability compliance and regulatory landscape.
The most critical responsibilities of the Lead Project Manager are:
Project Manage and partner with sustainability SMEs and cross-functional teams including legal, controlling, insights & data analytics, technology, and communications to integrate sustainability projects across teams.
Generate regular updates to the leadership team and stakeholders on sustainability trends, risks, and opportunities.
Manage sustainability disclosures projects across multiple functional teams.
Identify and track sustainability-related risks, including reputational, operational, and financial risks associated with non-compliance or poor sustainability performance
