Job Description


We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inbound/Outbound Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, taking calls for new patients as well as reaching out to schedule appointments for continuing dental treatment and securing insurance pre-authorizations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to consistently meet monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls and schedule all new patients for initial visit.
  • Make outbound calls to patients to schedule follow-up and continuing treatment appointments promptly and professionally.
  • Contact patients and/or insurance providers to obtain pre-authorizations required for treatments.
  • Clearly communicate treatment plans, appointment details, and any necessary insurance information to patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for appointment scheduling and insurance pre-authorizations.
  • Follow compliance and privacy guidelines (HIPAA) when handling patient information.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activities, outcomes, and any barriers to scheduling or authorizations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in outbound patient outreach, insurance verification, or healthcare customer service preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and persistently.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and scheduling software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes is desirable but not required.

Expectations & Performance Metrics:

  • Achieve monthly appointment scheduling targets (specific numbers to be provided during onboarding).
  • Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction during both inbound and outreach calls.
  • Adhere strictly to compliance and data privacy standards.

This position is offering a Training Bonus of over $1,000!

30 Days:$500
60 Days: $350
90 Days:$175

Pay Information: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour/DOE
